The aim of "Micro Habits" is to choose small achievable daily habits to aid consistency during this busy period - 10 minutes is better than 0 minutes!
You can opt for the one daily goal of '10 minutes of Movement', or there is space to add extra daily goals if you wish. There's also an optional space to set weekly goals.
Examples of daily goals:
- meditate for 5 minutes.
- leave mobile phone outside of the bedroom at night.
- head out for a 10 minute lunchtime walk.
- turn my work laptop off by 5:30pm.
- write in a journal before bed.
- hit 8 000 steps.
- carry a water bottle all day.
Examples of weekly goals:
- meal prep 5 meals.
- meet a friend for a walk.
- listen to a new podcast.
- spend 30 minutes child free time with my partner.
- Check in with one friend via textÂ
