An energetic and dynamic one hour yoga class, flowing through a series of standing and seated poses to build strength, flexibility and balance. An enjoyable way to get moving, breathing and sweating while listening to your body and exploring your own range of movement. The class is set to music and has a focus on engaging and building core strength through bodyweight movements, designed to help support you in your yoga poses and to enhance stability in other sports and activities. The class starts with some breath-work and gentle mobility, followed by a series of vinyasa flows, including balances and optional inversions (handstand/headstands). We then move to some seated or reclined yoga poses and end the class with a deep relaxation.
If for any reason you have to cancel an outdoor class, please provide MORE than 12 hours notice. This is to ensure that members on the waiting list can be contacted and informed of the available space.
