Fiercely Fit's Reset Retreat

A Bespoke Retreat Day of Relaxation and Rejuvenation with Temple Wellness Centre and Wild Things Events, to be held in the stunning location of Three Cliffs, Gower.

Everything will be taken care of, giving you a day to Relax, Realign and Recharge as you are guided through a full day of nurturing, holistic sessions hosted by the Practitioners from Temple Centre and Wild Things Events.

With ample designated on-site parking at Temple Wellness Centre, you can relax before you have even arrived, safe in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of for you.

We will begin the day with a gentle, guided, meditative walk up to Three Cliffs Campsite, where we have use of Wild Things Events gorgeous glamping yurts.

Overlooking Three Cliffs Bay, the Practitioners from Temple Wellness Centre will lead Three Group Sessions including:

• A Venus Gong Bath
• A Personalised Women’s Aromatherapy Workshop
• A Guided Mediation and Journaling Session.

A deli Lunch box will be provided by Wild Things Events followed by a full group, outdoor, cliff-top Yoga Session

Finally, we will all head down the cliffs to enjoy a full high tide on the glorious Three Cliffs Beach. You will have the chance of an optional Sea Swim as we finish off the Retreat Day with an Intention Setting Fire Ceremony, leaving you clear on your intentions, feeling refocussed and recharged.

As if that isn't enough, Temple Wellness Centre will be providing an early evening picnic on the beach, allowing you the choice to stay beyond the 5pm finish time and enjoy the beach and high tide a little longer.
