Service Description

Join us for our “Intro to Trail running” FF style, meaning female only, full of support and fun. It is aimed at those who have started their running journey on a flat and now want to mix things up a bit, or those who love a trail but aren’t comfortable doing routes alone or those who would just like company! FYI - We are not athletes!
