When purchasing the Programme you will immediately receive a PDF Document which includes the links for you to follow along to via your Phone, Tablet or Laptop at a time that suits you. Once purchased you have lifetime access to the Sessions.


The Programme is designed to help you build a strong foundation in the Pilates method, based on the classical exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. During the Sessions, you will learn not just what to do, but how to move with the Pilates principles of centring, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow that make Pilates a fitness experience for both the body and mind.
