This will include: Sunrise Beach HITT session Sawna (from 2 Saunas) Sea Dip & Stretch with Mel 8-9am Beach HITT 9-10am we have access to 2 Saunas. During this time there will be option of dips, a stretch with Mel and a chat over a cuppa.
