Gemma Pugh Personal Training 6 Week one-to-one Accountability Plan 

Having a plan for your goals is an important first step in actually achieving them. It is common to struggle to keep consistent throughout a long-term behaviour or lifestyle change. Therefore when it comes to the execution of a plan, having accountability during the initial stages of the process will increase the likelihood of being successful.
For a more personalised approach via 1 to 1 sessions with Gemma, you will get:

  • 6 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions  

  • 6 week bespoke workout and nutrition plan 

  • FREE access to my virtual fitness programme (worth £25 per month)

  • Goal setting and tracking

  • Accountability Support Plan (on hand 24/7 to help with accountability and nutritional support during the 6 weeks.)

Gemma Pugh Small Group  Training

Small group training doesn't only add fun to your fitness session (because everything is better when shared with friends!), it's a great way to keep yourself motivated, on track and accountable for showing up. Small group training sessions are more economical but provide the benefits of some one-to-one instruction and guidance:​

I started PT sessions with Gemma at a really stressful time in my work and family life where making any sort of time for my own personal goals seemed impossible. 

 

Working with Gemma was a breath of fresh air. After my six sessions were finished I immediately signed up for another six and haven't looked back! I’ve loved having Gemma as a PT on a one to one basis for 12 weeks.

Gemma has also taught me that it’s not just what’s on the outside, it’s also a mental journey as well. I now feel like I want to train on a regular basis and really enjoy training with Gemma and on my own.
