This 5-week program focuses on building lasting consistency in your health and fitness routine. Starting with a preparation week on April 13th, you will set clear intentions and prepare for the 5-week challenge ahead. Starting April 20th, the core phase involves daily tracking of physical activity, hydration, and steps. Each day provides space for mindset reflection to help you stay connected to your goals. You will complete weekly reviews to track your progress and a final evaluation at the conclusion of the program to solidify your new habits.
