Principles of Pilates Introduction

Service Description

The 40 minute session will focus on the 6 main principles of pilates. Breath Concentration Control Precision Centre and Flow The session is open to all and will particularly be beneficial for: Individuals that are completely new to pilates and wanting to try it out for the first time as well as for individuals that have been practicing for some time and want to increase their knowledge, understanding and practice of the pilates principles. The session will be delivered in a fun and friendly way, working through a series of 10 moves to put the principles into practice.
