Feeling a bit out of sync after the Easter hols? You’re not alone… but I’ve got just the thing to help us all get back on track — together. Join our 4 Week Consistency Incentive starting April 28th – May 25th — perfectly timed to finish just before the May half-term! This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about showing up consistently for yourself with small, manageable daily habits that make a big difference. We’ll be focusing on: • Movement (target: 3 workouts a week — you choose what works for you: for example, Resistance, Pilates, a swim or a run) • Hydration • Steps (you choose your own daily target) You’ll get a simple digital tracker to keep yourself accountable — and you’ll be doing it alongside a community of women who’ll lift you up on the days it feels a bit harder. We will also provide free printable trackers for those who prefer putting pen to paper. This is the time of year we always see a real boost in motivation – the lighter evenings, the buzz of upcoming summer plans – so let’s make the most of it!
